♦Incoming Material Visual Inspection: Inspect raw glass and reject any substandard materials before production.
♦Glass Pre-treatment: Clean the substrate surface with a mild alkaline cleaner or solvent to remove oil, water, and other residues. Ultrasonic cleaning is recommended for improved results.
♦AF Coating Application: Apply the AF solution onto the glass surface to form a uniform coating layer.
♦Baking: After coating, place the glass in an oven at 120°C for 30 minutes. Baking parameters may be adjusted based on specific product requirements.
♦Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough quality checks on the finished AF glass, including hydrophilicity, coating uniformity, and water droplet contact angle tests.
♦Cleaning & Packaging: Clean the final products and package them properly for shipment.
